“ Traditional Japanese food in Culiacan. The menu, establishment and service seek to create an authentic atmosphere. Very good customer service, they explained to me how it works and what types of food there were. The costs are high, but it is worth it for the experience and food. They offer omakase, a menu decided by the chef, which includes several dishes. The prices are 1,500, 2,500 and 3,000. ”
“ I took my wife and her boyfriend, they were fascinated. The place has a peculiarly pleasant atmosphere and they welcome you with the Japanese impetus that is so popular in these places. We went for the omakase experience (2000 pp) and it is tremendous. Simple, it even seems like it could be repeated at home, but the chefs' technique for making the nigiris that they serve directly into your little hand is brutal. We were largely satisfied in terms of flavors, variety and quantity. Unfortunately, during our visit, the absence of authentic wasabi and a miso soup that left much to be desired stood out. In general, I recommend going to see the place first for its omakase and then for the a la carte option (attached first pages of the menu to give you an idea). Recommended, great, we will return. ”
